We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a 1-Year Workmanship and Material Guarantee for all asphalt paving projects.
1. Guarantee coverage
This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship related to the work performed on your asphalt project, as detailed in your contract. It includes:
- Workmanship: If any part of the paved surface (driveway, parking lot, etc.) fails due to improper installation or other work-related issues, we will fix it at no cost to you.
- Materials: If any material used in your project is found to be defective or fails prematurely due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it.
2. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear: Wear that naturally occurs over time, such as minor cracks from vehicle traffic, weather, or aging.
- Damage from external factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (severe flooding, earthquakes), heavy machinery, or vandalism.
- Improper maintenance: If the asphalt is not properly maintained, such as failing to reseal the surface as recommended or neglecting cracks, the guarantee may be voided.
3. Guarantee terms
- The 1-year guarantee is valid from the date the project is completed.
- To activate the guarantee, the worksite must be accessible for inspection and repairs as needed.

4. How to make a claim
- Contact Harwick Paving Ltd. within the guarantee period.
- Provide a description of the problem and, if possible, send photos of the issue.
- A representative will inspect the work and determine whether it falls under the guarantee coverage.
